I believe yoga is meant to be practiced in a way that stays connected to its roots. Traditional, intentional, and held with care rather than performance, or over-commercialization.

This space reflects that belief and exists to share teachers who approach their practice with integrity and presence.

I act as a bridge, connecting you with authentic yoga teachers who offer online classes. To keep things personal and simple, all bookings and payments are handled directly with each instructor.

    Sankey Kumar Sharma

    MASTERS IN YOGA

    PRACTICING SINCE 2014

Born and raised in Rishikesh - often referred to as the birthplace of yoga. His teaching weaves together the precision of Iyengar, the steadiness of Hatha, and the structured flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa.

Rooted in traditional practice and shaped by years of teaching internationally, Sankey emphasizes mindful alignment and steady presence. His classes are attentive and disciplined, offering students a space to build strength, focus, and trust in their own bodies.

Great for anyone wanting to improve strength, endurance and flexibility.

Offers classes Monday-Friday IST. Evening IST classes work well for U.S. morning classes.

    Vikas Bodoni

    MASTERS IN YOGA

    PRACTICING SINCE 2013

Born in a Himalayan valley and deeply rooted in Vedic tradition, Vikas brings the wisdom of ancient breath practices into a calm, grounded teaching style. His classes emphasize pranayama and slow, mindful movement, inviting students to soften, slow down, and reconnect with the breath.

Known for his gentle and authentic presence, Vikas creates a supportive space where students feel seen, safe, and at ease — allowing yoga to be experienced as a quiet journey inward rather than a performance.

Great for anyone seeking nervous system regulation, breath awareness, stress relief, and a more meditative approach to yoga.

Offers classes Mon, Wed & Friday IST.

  • Not at all.
Both teachers welcome students at different stages of their practice. Classes are taught with care and clear guidance, and you’re always encouraged to listen to your body.

That said, Sankey’s classes are more physically engaging and designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility over time. Beginners are welcome, but it’s helpful to come with curiosity, patience, and a willingness to grow into the practice.

Vikas’s sessions are slower and breath-focused, making them a beautiful option if you’re newer to yoga or looking for a gentler, more meditative experience.

There is no “perfect” place to start — only where you are.

  • Payments are handled directly with each teacher, allowing them to keep their offerings accessible and personal.

Once you reach out, the teacher will share:

    • Class options and pricing

    • Payment methods ( I personally use Wise and have not had any issues)

    • Details on how to join classes via Google Meet / Zoom

This direct connection helps keep the exchange simple, transparent, and very personal.

  • Great question — and you’re not alone in wondering this.

Classes are scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST), but many students join from the U.S. and other countries.

    As a general guide:

    • Morning classes in India often fall in the evening in the U.S.

    • Evening classes in India may fall early morning in the U.S.

Once you connect with the teacher, they’ll help you find a class time that works for your location and routine. You don’t need to figure it out alone.

This page is intentionally simple. Because I’ve learned healing works best through real connection, not automation.
